Lakeview Resort - Korean inspired condotel

During a recent trip to Tagaytay i was lucky enough to be showed around this property. The Lakeview Resort is Korean owned which started operating in 2008. Amazing condotel they have here. For one, 75 percent of the furnishings and appliances they used are imported from Korea and 25 percent are from Brazil (such as the wooden floors).

Some units are for sale but others can be rented out on a daily basis too. Most of the units are being rented out by Korean golfers and students . The units are perfect for groups of 12 to 15 persons.

The doors to the units are protected by security code. No, this is not a telephone hanging by the door.
This is the 4 bedroom unit. A spacious 144sqm unit complete with amenities.

See the wooden floors? That can be heated through a control enough to warm your feet during cold days. Remember that you have to take off your shoes/slippers upon entering the unit just like the koreans do.

The unit also has a balcony overlooking the pool. No, the pool is not heated fyi.

I asked about cooking inside the unit but they said it is not allowed instead they have a common kitchen located at the far end of the resort.

Overall, the property is quite impressive. For interested buyers, the units will cost around P 10-13 million. To rent one of these babies it would cost you around P 15,000 per unit per night good for 12 persons no breakfast included. Additional persons have to pay addon fee.

Their contact numbers:
(046) 4835128
0917-8045242

Address: 5705 Calamba road Bgy Iruhin west Tagaytay city. (near Tagaytay Highlands)

Their receptionist have told me that they will be expanding soon. The owners are planning to build a hotel beside the property.
